- Affected Hypervisor: lnxvm-jhb153.webr.net.za - New Date and Time: Friday, 19 July 2024 at 17:00 SAST - Expected Impact: Approximately 150 minutes of downtime.
Important Notice:
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers will be performing maintenance on the assigned hypervisor, which necessitates powering down your VPS server. Please be aware that during this maintenance period, iveCloud will not be responsible for any loss of data. We strongly advise you to take the necessary precautions to protect your data.
Action Required by You:
- OS Updates: Install all latest required operating system updates. - Data Backup: Ensure you have a full backup of your VPS server content prior to the maintenance. - Server Reboot: After updating, please reboot your server once to confirm everything is in working order before the maintenance date.
